ABOUT SANJAY BULSARA

With 30 years of dedicated service as a fire officer, including extensive expertise in fire safety and membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM), my commitment to the fire safety sector is both personal and professional. Having reached the rank of Station Manager and team leader, I bring a wealth of experience in fire protection, prevention, and investigation, earning respect across the industry. I have worked on projects, which include large organisations such as NHS, Kier Group and SERCO and am recognised for my ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.

The growing concerns in the fire safety industry regarding passive fire compartments demand a meticulous approach. As a consultant I specialise in conducting thorough surveys of passive fire compartment lines, validating construction integrity, from basic wall construction to the fire sealing of service penetrations through walls and floors. I also assess fire doors and systems providing fire seals to building perimeters, including cladding, ensuring compliance with the highest standards. I proudly support high-profile clients, frequently providing evidence of compliance to address Fire and Rescue Service concerns and assisting in adjudication processes.
